Nothing stops anyone from using any escrow service on the planet, it doesn't have to be run by BHW.

This has been discussed many times before and will not be implemented at least not in the near future.
You can use a third-party escrow service, but for smaller amounts, it's not viable.. just pay using PayPal Protect and that's it.

What amounts are we talking about and who is the seller?
If they don't have a sales thread here that has reviews from old-time and known members then it isn't worth pursuing at all... because these escrow sites aren't good to determine who is right or wrong when it comes to SEO or ORM services.
