I think im going to use escrow in my next project, i just dont know how it works, how much is it safe and what happens if i deposit money, seller say he delivered me item, but he didnt, what happens then?

Not enough info to answer your question. What are you using an escrow for? Buying products/services online?

That's the whole point of escrow -- it keeps both of you safe. If either one of you lies or doesn't follow the agreement, then the money goes back to the original holder.
