Escrow.com Step-by-Step?

Hi,

I have a website that ready to be sold for more than $1K, I'm prefer to do all the transaction via Escrow.com.

As I heard, escrow.com doesn't accept PayPal except from U.S citizens (correct me if I'm wrong).

Since I'm not a U.S citizen, how to perform this?

Wire Transfer?


If that so, whats the best step-by-step I need to do?

And now proceed receiving the money, just waiting for the seller to make the payment now.
