Escort service website conversion rate?

Hi!

I have got an escort service website and a conversion rate of phoning people of 0.3 percent what is pretty poor I think.

The website ranks on #1 at Google for "Escort Service (city)"

The telephone number is landline so no special costs are hiding and among the fake profiles of the girls I put in, there are also many real accounts.

What do you think is the problem?

I want to set up a real escort service but first I have to know if the people are interested. How can I motivate them to call?

My method right now:

Call to action logo with the telephone number
Telephone number in every girl`s profile

Any suggestions? Would be glad!

People are usually shy about this things.(me too)
Maybe you could try adding SmS as a way of contacting girls.This should bring you more conversions.Maybe they wanna know the prices but are to shy to call.This is my 2 cents.Cheers!
 
If you are interested in a sms integration i can do that. We can make it so that they can click to send a text message online without giving their real number, maybe this would make them feel more secure.

Asking how to increase your conversion rate is a pretty stupid question.

If they don't like what they see, they aren't going to call. Also most Johns are reluctant to try a new escort if they don't have any reviews. Or maybe your site looks like shit, i don't know. But i do know the market as i have a friend who escorts in LA.


Did you think you could just throw up a site, pimp some girls and start raking it in? Well, it's not that easy. I'd suggest you invest in some banners on Eros to promote yourself.
 
You need to promote the site in two ways, one for employment on the escort board and forums & craigslist, and two you need to promote your site wherever there's talk about escorts in your city. I know in my hometown, there's a bunch of places online where our clients promote their sites.
 
Do the fake profiles look legitiment? I would push your time more towards building up your business before you go forward with the best way to optimize and build up your site. The sky is the limit if you have the real backing behind it in a particular city.
