Error with WP, can anybody help?

How's it going, I get this error code on my site.

Warning: opendir(../wp-content/themes/socrates/background-images/) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/wrome/public_html/wp-content/themes/Socrates/functions.php on line 1357

Its my first site, I just looking to see what this means and how I can fix it?

Make sure that you have background-images directory under socrates directory.
It seems that you have incomplete theme.
