Error with Tiktok Ads manager

Hello, so ive created a Tiktok Business center, on that center ive created TWO Advertising accounts.

both have errors when i try to add balance to them....its like grayed out and it says
" " This Business Center has not yet linked to the advertiser. "

how?.....

i tried to make ticket but then it says, ERROR : invalid business center ID. which i cannot even Edit in the box...lol...

anyon please help?

It's an error from tik tok, they have been doing some changes I guess

Yes They are doing some major changes for the payment options I guess.
