my ad account is not spending , and i want to add a new card to replace it , but it doesn't work , tried many times and changed to another card , but they still ask for verification is there any way to add the card successfully

Did you try to get it verified? There should be a way to open a verification popup and put in the card details again and sometimes they give you a text box where you can describe your issue as well.

I had this exact issue on one account no more than a month ago. Kept getting only automated response and account remained suspended. I thought it was toast but came back weeks later to remove all payment methods and added them back (same card btw) and then it "just worked". There was no logic behind it, just Meta being retarded and unable to come up with a system that doesn't contradict itself every time more frontend bloat is added.

Is the location of your IP address the same as the card location?

let chat with support meta, he can help you.

Try pushing the second card up as the main card and see if the verification button appears. Do as requested. I don't think it's too difficult.

Yes, many people have encountered errors when linking a card to a Facebook Ads account. Common causes:

The card has not enabled international payments.

The card name/information does not match the account.

Facebook temporarily blocked the method due to suspected risk.

Using too many accounts/cards on the same IP or device.

How to fix:
Try another card, use a clean IP, fully verify the account and contact support if necessary.

You should try to verify with another card, and also change to another management account to try, this error is appearing a lot in meta

Please switch to another admin account and verify again, I am doing this and it works

you want to add card 4382 as main card but can not verify right, try deleting that card and add it again, at the same time make it as main card see. i remember i had the same problem and just try to explore a little, everything was solved.

You can check the IP address again or review the advertising information to see if they send you new notifications or contact Facebook support

You can double check the IP address as well as See if the information on the card matches your profile as well as fully verify the account and can contact support if necessary

Try making the second card the primary card, maybe the verification button will appear. I had the same problem before, and just tried a little adjustment and everything was solved.

i think let's try logging out and back in again, remove all previous payment methods if possible before adding a new one, hope it will help
