error when creating accounts on IG

okay today i have only made 4 accounts on my phone on instagram and when i try to make new account now i get some error saying: Sorry! theres a problem signing you up right now. please try again later. we restrict certain content and action to protect our community.

is it because im using bad proxies or can you just make 4 accounts each day on phone. ive tried changing my phone id but nothing fixes this. I just think im using bad proxies.

anyone who has been trough this ?

Usually it's a bad IP because if it were your phone that was causing the problem, it would've given you the device ID error.

How many accounts per proxy?

Try deleting the app and clearing your app cache each time you create a new account.
