Error: "Please wait a few minutes before you try again"

Hey waddup guys

Been using Jarvee for the past 5 months no problem, recently just changed the users I was scraping and upped the following amount to like +2-5 more followings a day. I woke up today and check my browser and every time I click the profile button it says, "please wait a few minutes before you try again". What gives? I can still scroll through the timeline and even look at stories straight from my browser. I even had the Instagram app deleted on my phone so that way I dont accidentally change the IP and have Instagram sus. I have super conservative settings, and I even got used my VPN to see if it was just my IP giving me that error but even with my VPN on I still see that error...

Any help would be appreciated, I worked really hard on growing this account would be a shame to see it go

UPDATE: Currently was able to login to one of my throw away accounts on TOR and my account seems to be up and alive. Is this some sort of action block? What would have triggered it and how often do I usually have to wait? Thank you

Just happened to me on laptop, while manually liking and unfollowing/following people.

Guess it is an action block. I can see the homepage but not my profile or anyone else's.

Any update on this? the same thing happened to me too. Anything I can do to help unlock the account back up?
