When I post in redditbay, I get this error :

How to solve this ?

Read the rules, most of the times you need to be actively participating in the subreddit if you want to do self promotion
 
That is not an error.
It is set there by mods to keep spam away.
;)

Find a better way to promote stuff.
 
It happened to me because my account was too new. I tried to post with an account more aged and my post went through without a problem.
