this is not error , this is forum built in to protect against spam and loading problems .....

Um, don't know how to break this to you but if you're posting a reply, then writing and posting another reply in the space of 30 seconds... they're probably going to be spam quality.

Don't think of the 30 second rule as a restriction, think of it as your window to being a better member.
