Error adding card

I was running it, the card crashed, then I added a new card and it failed. Can anyone share any tips?
You need to share that advertising account with a Business Manager (BM) who owns a verified Facebook page.

Then you can add payment methods as usual.

This is a common Meta payment lockout. It’s not an issue with your card—your ad account is temporarily restricted from making payments. Please don’t try again or switch cards. Just wait a bit, then pay the balance once it’s unlocked, or reach out to Meta support if needed.
This is an error caused by your card. I have successfully added a proxy and card.

Usually, your account or payment profile is being assessed as risky. You should remove all cards, wait 24 hours, then add another card with a clean history and try again.

It's most likely just a problem with the card. Judging by everything, it's a virtual card, and virtual cards sometimes can't be linked. Try reissuing it or changing your account; sometimes it can be linked without any problems on a different account.

Many people also encounter payment card status errors. This originates from your advertising account. You can prepare an empty Business Account (BM) and share the account you want to pay with and add the payment card, then you should be able to pay normally.

Do you have a specific screenshot of the error when you added the new card? If Facebook requires verification, it's definitely fixable. In short, you need to provide details because maybe someone can help you. Changing the account's via is also a way.

"The issue is likely Meta's recent update on card authorization levels. Standard/Virtual cards are being flagged as high-risk almost instantly now. Switching to a high-auth business profile or a different BIN range is usually the only way to bypass this 'Card Failed' loop. Check your inbox, I've shared some technical insights on how we manage this for high-spend accounts
