Error 403 ???

Hello, I have a very confusing problem that when I use a proxy to register an account, after successfully registering account X and going to the email receiving section, clicking on account verification, I check in F12 and see error 403, I think cloudflare has detected that I am using a proxy, is there any way to fix it, I am quite confused

I manually cleared cache and it worked. I saw a message saying please enable javascript.
 
Cloudflare proxy detection is very sophisticated and will immediately ban you if your IP address is associated with suspicious activity.
