Erotic niche website - feedback please

I'm new here, but have been reading the forums for a while now trying to come up with a plan for my idea of an erotic 'niche' website. I'm a graphic designer and hobby-photographer and have the skills to design and build a decent Wordpress website.

My plan is to create a website with unique content featuring girl-next-door type of girls flashing in Dutch cities/areas. The idea behind it comes from a personal preference. I enjoy public nudity scenes, but the biggest websites (apart from hardcore porn, but that isn't what I want to do) feature Eastern European girls undressing/flashing in Eastern European cities / rural areas. While the scenes are great, I figured for the Dutch market it would be even more enjoyable if it featured locations that people can relate to.

I want to create photos similar to FTV-Girls and Zishy, with girls not necessarily baring all but just walking around town in daring clothes and flashing bits and pieces here and there. Erotic and teasing, not porn.

Now there's a few things...

• I'm not sure the Dutch-aspect is unique enough to set my plan apart from websites such as FTV-Girls and Zishy (and Flash-In-Public for that matter). While it features a different location, the type of content is basically the same. What would make my concept truly unique and/or niche enough to attract people?
• I do not have the time to update the site with new content every week, so I figured a membership site is not the best way to go as I can't provide a steady stream of content. My idea is to start with building a reserve of X sets. Of each set, I want to select a couple of photos as a free preview and then people will have to pay to download the whole set in high-res. This way I control the stream of content and release a new set every two weeks maybe and there will be no angry members that demand more content for the subscription fee they're paying. People can simply 'shop' the new sets whenever there's a new one. Is this smart or should I do things differently?
• I have the idea of creating a Kickstarter-like concept on the website. Building a community is the best way to create loyal customers, so I want to create this by proposing new ideas for shoots (or have the people propose ideas) and then pledge X amount of money to make this shoot happen. The money from these pledges will be spend on the shoot (model, travel costs, etc) and the people that pledged will obviously get the set sent to them. Then the set will simply by put online in on the website for other people to buy. How would I go about this? Any one with similar experience?
• I have little experience with selling photo-sets, so I don't know what the right amount of money would be to ask per set. Any way I can find out what people are willing to pay for sets such as these? And what would be a good way to process payments through the webshop? I heard Paypal doesn't do payment processing in this business, is that correct?
• Like I said, public nudity is my personal preference so I have an idea of my 'competitors' but are there any others sites that you know that feature this type of content? What are they doing right and what are they doing wrong in your opinion?

Those are the questions I can think of right now. Any questions/suggestions are appreciated and I hope you can help me with realizing my idea.

1. I would stick with Dutch girls and maybe even take the niche further. The whole point of a niche is to make it specific. So, you could do Dutch petite girls in public, or Dutch girls with big tits flash in the street. I've noticed the thick and pear shaped women have become a trend on social media.

2 & 3. Honestly, I think ads would be the best possible route, unless you want to make your nice really specific. People rarely pay for porn, unless they have a fetish for it.

4. Not really sure about selling sets, but if they cater to a specific fetish, there are going to be buyers.

5. There is a pretty popular imageboard that posts public nudity threads fairly often, but that's not the whole point of the site, so if you can tap into a certain fetish or niche, I bet there's lots of money to be made.

All of this is just my personal opinion based upon what I've gathered from being online for so long. I hope this helps!

Could you tell me what imageboard that is? Maybe there's a 'trend' within the public nudity category that's visible throughout the threads. I like your idea of diving deeper into the niche with perhaps petite or thick girls, going to look into that further.

So you would suggest creating a free content website and fill it with ads? What would be the best way to find ad-partners for my idea for the website? Should I contact 'competitors' directly to offer ad-space or is there an ad-network I should apply to?

You could also look at stronger content such as public humiliation type stuff maybe ?
Put that in a different membership level ?

Alright, so you're going to have to wade through some shit. There is a pretty popular imageboard called 4 chan. They have pretty good porn boards. Go there and check out those out. To begin, I'd suggest /b/, /s/, /hc/, and /gif/. There are a few more, but I'd start with those. All you have to do is find a couple of .gifs or .webms of the content you need more of and post that to /gif/. /gif/ is one of the only boards that allows sounds on their webms. Make sure to post 5-6 or more, or the guys there will complain and most likely not contribute any more of the content that you need. When the post content, ask them if they have the source for that, and if they do, you've struck a goldmine of content. Due this for the boards I've posted above. If you'd rather not post, there are a few archives of 4 chan threads, just search "4 chan archive" on Google and find a site that has one of the porn boards. Search "creep cams" or something similar.

Yeah, I'd suggest creating a website, filling it with all of the content you've gathered, and put ads on it. Make a facebook, twitter, and instagram and post on those as well. Make posts like: Check out this sexy chick and have a gif or video of some chick. Make sure to have a link to your site. I'm not really sure what ad-partners you should use, as I've never done my own porn site. I'm just using knowledge that I've acquired from being online for a long time.

Have you ever heard of Facial Abuse? They've made a lot of money doing this type of stuff. It's definitely a fetish that a lot of people have and generates a lot of revenue.
