erasing threads from google and comments from google

Hey guys, I have several threads and comments from BHW that are indexed in google, I really need to get these deindexed asap, as when you type my name on google its the second result with subcategories below it that come up. how can I de-index all BHW post an comments from apearing on googles results and how can I avoid that for the future

 

Can't you ask a mod to remove your thread? That should do the trick?
