EPN+tax information

I want to buy US EPN account. To avoid ban I would like to login there via my VPS located in US.
What about taxes? I'm from Europe - do I need to provide any tax information?

For your US EPN, yes, you do need to provide tax information in order to be paid. If you had a non-US EPN then you wouldn't have had to do so. There's ways to get around it but it's risky...using fake SSNs or using someone else's (with their permission of course).
