EPN Question

Hey everyone,

I have used EPN for a while now, and I have a number of banners on my site but the impressions don't seem to register with EPN. I currently have a lot more clicks hundreds per day via text link in e-mails etc. How do ebay track this or does it just show as a text link click through. A few days I have had a few hundred clicks but no sales so I'm wondering if it's better to have banners / keep getting clicks through text links but no sales :S

I'm not sure if i understand your question exactly but if you are using text links then there will be NO impressions.

Ok thanks but how do ebay track this? I mean do they see it coming from a site, or from an e-mail or does it go by whoever clicks and then bids/buys I receive commissions? thx for the help

A click on your link embeds a cookie in the visitors browser. If that visitor has the winning bid on an item up to seven days after clicking on your link, you will be paid 50% of the final value fee that Egay collects. And yes, if the link is on your site then that site will be shown as the referer. (unless you take steps to mask it)
