EPN noob questions

I've been an ebay affiliate for a few years starting back with CJ. I never really did much other than to pay for my hosting accounts for some hobby sites that I run. Now I'm looking to take it to the next level and have a few pretty basic questions.

Sorry to post these but I've looked in the guides but I get easily frustrated since a lot start off explaining what a domain name is or something like that.

First. If I send a user to eBay by my link and they look at the product I linked to but then buy a different product does that still generate revenue?

Second one is about the "programs" by country. Currently I send most of my users to ebay.ca since I am Canadian. But I wanted to know if I send a USA user to ebay.ca and they then buy something on ebay.com do I still get credit for that? If not, how can I make sure I am getting the most revenue for the traffic that I am sending.

I get a lot of US and Canadian traffic and want to make sure I'm not missing out.

Lastly, is there some kind of EPN bible out there that can help me get the most out of it? Some of the "help" stuff is not that great.
