Is it true that we can link foreign paypal account to our BH EPN account? Does it safe?

For example, i buy CA EPN account from bhw seller without paypal account. Is it ok if i link my Thailand paypal account there?

Please help ...

why you aren't linking an canadian pp if you have an canadian epn ? where's the point ... ?

Yes you can , I dont think they will check, also they cant see what country from your paypal is, if they have not send money before. If they know paypal have told them that and i guess thats not allowed. Well they could always check the address and shit after payment but i guess its pretty much automatic the payments
