Epic Hosting Customer Support :)

Had a question for my hosting earlier this morning, pretty trivial question even..

Opened a support ticket and surprisingly my query was answered within minutes and look at the time:


While HostGator fans were enjoying their downtime, I was getting superb customer support on New Years

Also, that isn't MY new years time, but their own, which kind of makes it even more special.

No affiliate links, just wanted to brag with my epic host, in case anyone is looking for a new one.

Have been with them for quite some time now thanks to Danny1111. No downtime in the 4-5 months with them, unlike with other hosts I've been with.

Don't think so, they aren't exactly the cheapest host either.

Superb loading speeds and no downtime though

This could come in handy for future reference. I'm using Shared hosting but obviously Individual has many perks.
