Is it good relative to what? We have no idea what niche you're promoting, where traffic is coming from, etc. Kinda hard to say whether it's bad or good based on nothing lol.

Well I saw a thread yesterday by SenzuBean where he tells that he's doing CPA + YouTube, so I took it for granted that he was talking about that.
