Epc and payout on cpa !

Guys please if there is an offer with payout 2 dollars and Epc 0.1 dollar that mean the epc is what we get for bringing one person okay but my question is : if i bring 20 person that mean 20*0.1= 2 dollars in that case i reached the offer payout 2 dollars so the offer will be closed n i cant do it again ( i mean i wont get paid if i bring more n more traffic) or the offer will last or that mean the offer has come to an end for me coz i reached his payout ?
