its best to use real info because even though they dont ask for verification while shipping out the card they ask for it later When i received a payment of 400$ from one of my affiliates my account was immediately put into temporary fund protection mode and they required my government id and bank statement to unblock it
get him real. time to time they check you data or may ask you get him you document scan or ID or driver license or something like this. have no idea why they need bank statement.
about two weeks ago they ask about verification many epassporte users, I just send them my medicine insurance numbers and thats all.

Are they only strict with US account holders or with international account holders as well?
What about when giving your details to affiliate networks that pay via epassporte? Can you give fake name and address and correct epassporte id only? The sender can only see the id and not the real name of the recipient, right?

It's about safety guys, Epassporte is probably one of the best processors online IMHO. Sky high above paypal. These offer alot more in regards to safety and protection and access to your money is 100 times better. No need to lie!

The problem with telling the truth is you have to worry about taxes 
Epassporte used to be a lot more laid back in terms of real information, I had access to an account that had been opened in russian with fake details and i was able to withdraw money from ATM's without having to worry about it coming back to my now, but they have recently started asking most accounts for some kind of identification.

Yeah they report everything. All i can say is if you dont want to pay tax (like alot of us) look to invest in offshore banking. Other than that pay them and be real

which offshore do you recommend that is not so expensive ?
yeah in not US either, i just want to be safe from freaking taxes

Maybe the tax office is just waiting for you to evade so much taxes they could really put you down for a long time
If you're illegally evading taxes you're just waiting to get caught. If the money finds it's way to you, so can the tax police.
Now let's say I use all my earned funds from an epassporte account for further investments, I shouldn't pay tax on that, right? I should probably report it but that's all complicated and stuff, I'm just rambling again...
