Could someone help me to verificate my ePassporte

epassporte can be a fucking nightmare just to warn you, they had me send them copies of my bank statements , utility bills , AND register a credit card AND send photos of the front and back of it , i was >< that close to saying fuck it tbh but was determined in the end because it was such a long process!
 
Thanks for the info, but I don't have a choice I need to have an account with them or I won't be able to cash-out my earnings :|
 
ePassporte has made the past three weeks of my life a LIVING FUCKING HELL.

For some stupid ass reason they decided to block my bank identification number on my debit card so it wouldn't work. Genius. Then they said to unblock it they wanted me to first verify my account. So I sent in everything they asked for. Apparently, they all need glasses, because a perfectly legible copy of my ID was marked as "illegible". So I made another copy, waited 3 days, and the same shit. I finally made a third copy, and at the top photoshopped in an angry message saying how unbelievable this whole thing was, and they approved it.

So after about two weeks of verification hell they tell me that "oops, we didn't actually block the bank id number, your bank is just declining the transaction." So I call my bank and after an hour they tell me "nope, its epassporte messing up, not us." So I submit an extremely angry ticket with them and they go "oh, yes, we did block the ID number, ill forward this to the account verification number to approve." WHAT? I just spend two weeks getting approved my them, why am I going BACK to them, I wondered. Clearly, they don't have a clue what theyre doing. So after a few more days, I get an email saying "OK, its all approved, your debit card will work." So I thank god, go and get ready to pay my clients, and guess what - THE SAME FUCKING ERROR.

So I submit an even angrier ticket, and they tell me they forwarded it to the account verification department - A-FUCKING-GAN - to verify it, and it will take ANOTHER 2-3 days.

So I called them up (today, which is why I'm so raged right now), and of course, after 30 minutes, the guy just tells me "ok sir" (in a barely understandable broken indian accent that I nearly needed a translator to decrypt) "I will forward this to the account verification department and they will take care of it in 2-3 days." Right when I heard that, I just exploded - I told him to give me his damn supervisor right now, and that their incompetency was ruining my business, etc etc. So I finally talk to the supervisor, and explain all three weeks of torture and negligence, and he tells me to take his "personal word" that he will fix it - BY FORWARDING IT TO THE ACCOUNT VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT, IN TWO TO THREE DAYS. I just said OK, and hung up. Absolutely fucking astoundingly unbelievably fucking unbelievable.

I literally got off the phone about 20 minutes ago. I needed to vent somehow, and thanks for creating this topic for me to do it. Seriously, I will NEVER deal with them if I don't have to because all it is is a mother f***ing HEADACHE. (a three week long mother f***ing headache, actually)

, LMFAO , more or less what happend to me , i had to send the same fucking statements in over and over again because they said they couldnt read them , then one time because the photo needed rotating!!!!!!! wtf! I sent them a mail asking if they would like me to send the next one in a specific hue perhaps ..pink ...or? I found myself actually laughing near the end of it because the reasons they were turning stuff away were getting more and more crazy...anyway the sarcasm mustve worked because i got unbloked but oh my fucking lord what a bunch of inept fuckers
 
Sweet baby Jesus I guess I will use the wire transfer option then and loose $50 on every payment, but I will not use those motherf*ckers after that happened to you guys.
 
I am wondering why they didn't require me to verify anything and I can still use them up to now. Maybe because I have a non-US account.

EDIT: To answer the OP's question. I've also gone thru the $5 verification thing. I just let my affiliate company send my payout to my epassporte and then I'm already verified. ePass then delivered to me the ePassporte card worth $35 wherein I can cashout my money thru ATMs.

I work with epassporte about 1,5 year. and till now I like id. Account out of the US.

Ohh that will be nice if it's that way. I'm non-US user also, so I think I'm back in the game with the first post. Could someone help me to verificate ?

Someone just need to send me $5 and then they will automatically transfer back to your account and mine will be verificated.
 
Geez guys...sounds like you are having some serious shit with epassporte? Ive also got a non-us account and have had no probs so far, and have got a few commission payments from them..

@Armys: Do you know how long it takes to receive your visa card from them? I am waiting for mine now, and for the last week its status has been : "to be embossed" So far i have used their virtual card or simply transfered money from my epassporte account to my bank account...i reckon a visa card from them will be simpler and cheaper?

edit: Oh yeah, almost forgot: @alus1onZ: Dude you can simply cash out your commission payment anyway. $5 will simply be deducted from your first commission payment when it is paid into your epassporte account...and BAM your account is verified..

It seems (from the discussion above) the problem is with verifying as a US citizen. The feds seem to put extra pressure on 'alternative' processors to conform to their standards (or tyrannies) with regard to verifying ID, so they can know exactly where and who you are, maybe even more heat than they do regular US banks and card companies. The effective result is, no alternatives. You might do better to just set up a foreign maildrop, apply for accounts as an non-resident American national (not US citizen), and stick with accounts that give you a means of retaining financial privacy.

I learned my lesson from years ago when Stormpay demanded identification and records from its users, only to turn on them on a dime (through practices like withdrawing funds from the user's bank account if there was 'controversy' over a transaction it didn't like). No more, I said---NEVER rely on a processor or online account that insists on verifying ID as its only means of acceptable authentification, and gathers info on you it may turn over to a government upon request without legal process.
 
I'm from the UK not US and they still gave me royal amounts of shit. I have to say though since going through all that malarkie and dancing like a well trained money to thier tune my account was ventually unblocked and has stayed that way since, i decided to persue its obsticale course because so many affiliate programs i use ( I specialize in adult niche ) use epassporte as a method of payout and its worth it in the end.

some of the adult PPS company use epassporte. when I start with adult as soon as I get the minimal payment, they create epassporte for me.
I just send my name, email and my date.
after 10 days I received my visa electron card. but it was :) some loong time ago

Heh, I remember had ePassporte then my account got locked and I never did what they asked, so it's still locked lol.
