epass issue!

i have epassporte account and some bucks in it , i have personal account but i think mine account is controlled, i want to exchange it to paypal so if anybody know site name where i can do exchange then please help me on this, and you can exchange then you can cut your exchange charges.

How much money do you need exchanged, I have both epass and paypal and could do the exchange for you for a small fee, but only if its not a very large amount
