Epacket tracking information is in chinese

Hey Guys,

So i have a new supplier, with better pricing and better shipping.

Today my supplier send out the orders, i checked if the tracking was working.
And i saw that the tracking information was in chinese?

I can click on a button to translate, but i don't find it professional for my customers when they receive their shipping conformation.

I don't really know for sure if it is epacket to be honest, it ends with ''CN''

How can i fix this issue?

Do you advise switching back to ali standard shipping? My customers track their order through 17track.net

I heard epacket was the best, but when i saw it is in chinese, i don't like that

I know i can translate it, but not for me, for the customers.

Translate for you then send to your customers, do a little extra work or hire a VA

My customers get automatically a shipping comformation with the tracking, i don't mind translating for my customers.

But my point was, is it not professional that the customers see it in chinese? Or should i switch back to ali standard shipping.
What is your take on it.

If you're doing it with shopify, dont deliver the tracking information automatically, just get it and deliver it to them manually or code a bot to automatically translate them

Yes i'm doing dropshipping, i don't if that is even possible with 17track.
 
That is the problem with ePacket. The entire label and tracking will be in Chinese and sometimes it will switch carriers and not even update for a while.

This is where drop ship agents or package forwarders come into play.
