ePacket outside of USA

So I recently started building up my eCom site and while looking for products I tried to find suppliers that have this ePacket shipping which is usually 12-20 days for USA, but there is a problem.

When someone would order outside of USA what would I do since there are usually about 30+ days shipping times for Canada, Germany, UK and Australia. Wast majority of popular items have this.
I'm surely not going to pay for premium shipping which is like 30$ an order. How do people go around this?

I'm okay with orders arriving up to 30 days but no more than that.

I have shipping method, uk 4-8 days, euro 10 days. cost just 4 usd for a normal t shirt.

Just add a shipping table to your shipping policy like what the Chinese suppliers do. For example, USA, 12-14 Days, Australia, 20-25.

My first sale was to Australia, and while shipping costed an extra $2 than budgeted, my customer had no complaints because my estimated delivery times were clearly displayed. Now I add an extra 2 or 3 bucks to combat any extra shipping charges for customers outside of the US.
