entropay.com "manage my cards" page not loading?

Hello
I have checked from my VPS & PC many times
https://secure2.entropay.com/prot/card/manage.html -> page not loading
this page generally comes after just logged in

is any one else facing this issue?

they are allowing everyone to credit $5 or above
there is no special link

though from their add top up page , it seems like their lower limit is $20
but if you take a deep look, it has mentioned $5 is the lower limit
since my account not loading,I could not make a screenshot of it
but you should try

Maybe there is some issue with your card. Contact them ask for support.

they ask me to verify my account with the mobile number (I cant remember whether it has added previously or not)
after confirmation,account working normally [I am not quite whether this verification for all mandatory or not]
