I've been running my FB ads for about 2-3 years now with my ad's manager and today out of no where when I refreshed my ad's manager I got a message (see link) stating that "your account has been disabled".
I always made payments and I never received any email from Facebook advising me of any concerns nor did I have any issues with my ad account prior to this.
When I clicked "continue", it prompted me to enter my phone number and input the code and the last step was to upload a photo of myself. On the last page it simply says we are reviewing your info but due to short staff we might not be able to review your account.
Can someone please help me out here? I'm really concerned because weekend's are our most profitable throughout the week and I don't even know if my ad's are running or not. If I wanted to change my campaign budgets for instance, I have zero access to this.
Again if anyone can please help me I would really appreciate it.
