We are not talking about what we are reading and what we are not, we are talking regarding the overall welfare of this forum.

The people who have been in this forum for a long amount of time realise its prosperity and its value and want to preserve it forever.

We will not let this forum be ruined and overwhelmed with useless shit. Dont tell us to ignore the countless threads and posts, we wont ignore, we'll take action.

I think we should have an initiation forum- it would be the default user setting that they are only allowed to read/post in there.... And once you help out someone in the forum a few times, you then are CONSIDERED to be allowed to view / post in the advanced level forums.

Thats also a very strong idea that should be considered. I dont know what the change should be, but there definately has to be a change.
 
I agree. Something has to be done. The sooner, the better!

I got a copy of Photoshop 7.0 I think a few months back off of BHW. Let me know if you want it and I'll put it on Rapidshare.

Does anyone remember the user that wanted this to be like Syndik8(sp?)? She bitched, pissed, moaned, and insulted herself to a banning.
Now people want this place to be like DP, oh joy.

The old vetting method of working the admins and mods to blindness worked nicely.
 
What ever happened to making this forum a membership site, I still think it is a great idea. Might keep some of the riff raff out. Make them part with some bux and spend some time in limbo until they are trusted.

A membership site may be the best way to go. Then we wont have idiots paying $100 a month to post there garbage. They'll stay at DP that way.
