I logged in to my enom account so I can auto renew some domains which will expire next month and to my surprise there were non showing on the user control panel. I've decided to email supoort and they claim that I do not have any domains registered with them! We are talking about 25 domains there AND these are websites I've worked my ass off countless hours to get them to make me some money!! :(

Are you using gmail? Check your rules see if enom is pointing to another email address.
I got some stole a while back with this exploit.

Holy shit that's crazy...
Ask them to re-verify with their backups. Check your past CC transaction when you bought them.

Are you hosting your domains with them as well or did you just purchase the domains through them?

Yeah I am using gmail. Enom is pointing to the same email. Im going with legal action with these bastards. :(

I did and won :)
Took me a while but you get them back in a while + when whoever and wherever it was when i lost it renewed it a year so i got a free year out of them lol

How did you do it?

A lot of emails, with proof, and patience lol :D oh and a lot of long distance phone calls.
One tip i recommend is not to phone them because they are all retarded on the phone and send you back to email anyway. So try [email protected] thats where i got the fastest response if i remember :)

Also re screenshot everything you have including a whois lookup of your domain if it still shows your address and information, a credit card statement, and even enoms automated renewal email, screenshot it all and send them everything at once, because i didnt, and there was always something they needed.
Also they need, proof of business, passport or photo id, and a utility bill with the registered address on it.
If you spoofed your address on the whois you are screwed over :P (but maybe could get them back with the rest of the info)

If possible it's always better to keep the conversation over mail in cases like this. If not else you have then everything documentated and also their replies which you won't have any proof of if taking it over the phone, unless you're recording the conversation then.
