I haven't had the chance to try them out but I would say yes.
If the sites are real people and not just bots. like those spammers it would be safe, because it is a simple view.
Now... because of adsense I don't know if it will be considered "spam"

No they are not I was stupid enough to use them on a few videos. My adsense has been disabled and I lost over 2000 dollars in rev. My advise is to use them to boost your popularity then the natural views come in but do not use them on ad videos. Google is far too smart now and can easily detect invalid clicks. if that is the case your adsense is taken away and they do not have to pay you a penny and all cheques are stopped

I got banned for using Vagex on five of my videos and u2bviews on the rest of my videos.
It wasn't the case before the big YouTube update in November 2011. But after then they really got smarter and banned lot of accounts with inflated video views, including my account.
I am not sure which of the two services caused the ban or may be the combination of both, but you must be careful with these services nowadays.

Can you get adsense back or is it now banned for good. I think google should give you a warning and give you a chance to change your ways.
Anyway since the new update I have heard of a lot of people that have been banned and are complaining.
Adsense is a pain in the arse time to make loads of accounts promote them and play google at their own game

Been using those services for 2-3 months now on my third youtube/adsense account.
Never had a problem with google.
But you should really use them for a short period of time, to get few 100 views.
After that you usually get real traffic + views.
Then its time to stop using viewet & co on those videos.

never had any problems with it. but i use it for about 200-300 views on any new video I upload, and then i don't bother with that video anymore.. I never put more than 300 views from a website like this on a video. never had any trouble yet, even when youtube audits the view count as of lately, it doesn't delete those views so it's all good.
