Enhanceviews doesnt give me more views, I keep getting an error

Hi all, I saved some credits on enhanceviews and wanted to increase the viewcount on a video of mine. Everytime i try to increase the viewcount, I get a message on the website of enhanceviews that an error occured and couldnt view my video or something. what am i doing wrong?

Increasing likes, favourites and comments are no problem, but viewcount fails every time.

Oh and btw, theres an option that costs 100k credits called youtube featuring, can someone explain what that does and if its worth it?

Youtube featuring will feature the video on section of their website in which users are paid high credits to make genuine video related comments! I find it useful and end up getting 100+ decent comments however they sell this feature on enhanceviews for $5.00 so to me it really isnt worth spending 100k credits on it!

As for the views I am unsure only thing I can recommend is that you try and try again!
