English results in foreign google

I see a lot of english results mixed with foreign results even when i'm searching with google.fr or google.es. I thought this is because there is no "good" results in the appropriate language available so google prefers display english result than nothing, but when the filter "language" or "country" is activated there is plenty of articles in the appropriate language. The subject was IT, blockchain, crypto...

Is this niche related? Is there a "minimum" backlink profile power that sites must have to outrank english sites?

I think you should check your proxy. It may vary the results. Also, you should check the search engine settings before you going to search for anything. Now you will see the best results as you requested. If no, then check your internet server connection where it is located.

Yes, Sir. That is how Google works. It put priority of language and website location on where you are using. If you use Google India to search for crypto news you will get Hindi-language websites and mixture of foreign website but Hindi and .in or .com.in website will have higher priority to get served first.
