Hello that's fine if you are talking about what I think you are. Yes you can get access to that if I remember correctly Appsumo sold a software where you pay people to say your name on Youtube videos but can't remember it's name anymore or you can simply pay a Western themed person to promote your videos or channels.

I can understand the Russian language okay as well.
