This. Italy was also very messy this year.
I think the current coaches are the problem. I mean it's useless to have a team of talented people if the coach is not also a good psychologist and doesn't know how to get them to play in the team. I can't explain anything else.

Maybe they should have automated coaching. More stable.
I can just play automated football. It's called Football Manager or something.
That's the reality of it all. Just random occurrences + bribing.
