You guys are really crushing it if you ask me. If you are getting 10% or more and you are over 50k followers thats amazing. In my experience I see a direct correlation in lower % with higher followers across the board. I have a 38k account with 4%-8% and I have a 10k account with 10%-15%. The more followers you get the more organic growth you get and you start to hit diff times zones. And that is what causes a lot of fluctuation from day to day... Also not everybody logs in everyday...
I even see people state percentages of 20%+ seems a bit sketchy to me... Always hard to tell who is manipulating numbers and who isnt. Soooo many variables to consider.

on my 22k acc i get 11-15%, which I'm selling. Hihi.
on my 12.2k acc i get somewhere arond 7-12%, really depends on the time + pic.

As Ndnstyl wrote, the higher the follower count, the lower the engagement. It goes to all niches, no one niche is immune.
Anyone getting 10% engagement and has over 25K followers is a genius on Instagram, or playing around with fakes. I'll leave that up to you guys to decide.
And anyone nearing 40%-50% or more at 5K+ followers is a true-blue, Italian hand-made Pinocchio, no other way around it.

it all depends. My main account (84k) gets around 4-5% engagement, however I get those same amount of likes (sometimes even more) on my 22K account. Both are in the same niche. But as stated above, I saw the engagement % drop on my higher account. Probably it is easier to hit explore page with a smaller account, which results in a much higher engagement.

1. Do you use also hashtags? Or are this engagment rates without hashtags?
2. How long do you wait to calculate your engagment rate? After 2 hours, after 24 hours?
My accounts are up to 4k followers (1800-3600) and Acc1 is 5600. This is my engagment after ~24h with hashtags posts.
Acc1 = 6%
Acc2 = 18%
Acc2 = 21%
Acc3 = 26%
Acc4 = 13%
Acc5 = 29%

Reading all the decent engagement, I wonder what techniques you are applying to get your followers?
Are you using follow/unfollow botting or some other approach. Would be interesting to hear this and the total no. of followers you have amassed.
