Most engagement groups (Do you mean power like-stuff?) would probably be paid unless you got a big amount of followers/engagement etc on your account.
You can ask for paid services, just not sell anything unless you're a JR.Vip/Marketplace seller.
Also, be careful if you get any shady PMs about engagement groups.

I'm interested too. Engagement group is not a paid service because everyone in the group trade their services.

I'm personally not tried to make engagement groups myself, I often have got a DM from random dudes that was starting groups. But I know people that is doing what I told you earlier. The worst thing you can get is a "no"
