I heard once that if someone get into some post via link(whatsapp or telegram) its not that good instagram expose less your account.
Is that true?
Ofc Im talking about engagement groups

I’ve seen a few YouTubers explain it. Basically Instagram has a way to tell if your traffic is coming from engagement groups and they can shadow ban u if they decide to do so lol
