Engagement Groups? Looking to increase semi-organic traffic.

I've been growing a brand across multiple platforms; Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram etc, and have been uploading high quality videos however I am struggling to break the 3-5k view range. My video engagement is high and my watch time is also high with a very low early skip rate. I am wondering if there are any reputable engagement groups that are niche based that can help increase my traffic to these accounts?

I would also love suggestions as to how I can increase my chances of my videos visibility.
