Engagement group : where to find them?

despite my research I was unable to find an answer to my question: Where can I find engagement groups?
I am in the food/coffee/tea niche with over 6k subscribers.

If you are facebook, there are some rather large ones. Just type in instgram growth pod. Instagram fabulous is one im part of.
There are some that are on Telegram too. Some of the growth pod groups on facebook are just jumping off points for those too.

don't use engagement groups. they'll halt your growth progress because there's so many leechers and most use bots to like your stuff.

I am pretty sure some people do that but you can still check if the likes and comments given are fakes... In my opinion you have to choosy wisely an engagement group otherwise you might fall into the kind of bad things. Still open for help btw
