Engagement dropping hard

For some months now the engagement of my Instagram channel is dropping really hard although the content is the same.
Before I got 10K likes on my posts, 40K views on my reels. Now 4000 likes and 15K views...

I've checked other profiles in my niche and can see the exact same situation when I compare the posts from 2 months ago.

Does anyone have the same problems and if so, can you do something about it?

It seems like it, it's just so damn frustrating since everything was build up organically from scratch... 80K followers and the reach is dropping every day...

Somewhat yeah but FB is just decreasing organic reach everyday,Growing organic on IG just based on IG's Algo is not the key anymore.

Having multiple social platforms with cross-promoting yourself and using some third-party growth services might help along the way.

Do you respond to their comments?

Organic Growth is gamble these days,You never know when your reach will drop and you will have to go for Ads or any other Third-Party Growth Services.Solely depending on Organic Growth is not a good solution these days especially for a Business/Brand.

Yes, I'm interacting with every follower. Replying to comments, DMs, Storys,...
