I entered into an agreement to purchase a Google Ads account with very specific requirements. The account had to meet the following conditions: it should have spent at least 5,000 USD per month for a minimum of 3 months, it should have been active for at least 6 months, and it needed to be a verified business account.
As part of our agreement, I was asked to provide a deposit of 1,000 USDT, which I transferred to the seller. The seller confirmed that the account would be delivered within 24 hours as he claimed he had to order it through his network/partner. However, only a few hours later, he deleted our entire message thread on Telegram and has not responded to any of my numerous follow-up messages since then.
I never received the Google Ads account or any login credentials as agreed, and it is now clear that this was a fraudulent transaction.
Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
In the seller’s official sales post (which was approved and visible in your marketplace), he clearly instructed potential buyers to contact him via Telegram. I followed this instruction and contacted him through Telegram as directed.
After agreeing to the terms and sending the 1,000 USDT deposit, he confirmed that I would receive the account within 24 hours. However, shortly after, he deleted our entire chat history and has not responded since. All my attempts to resolve the matter directly with him through Telegram have been ignored.
What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I am requesting a full refund of the 1,000 USDT deposit that I paid for the Google Ads account which was never delivered.
Alternatively, if possible, I would also accept being connected with a trusted and verified seller who can guarantee to provide exactly the type of Google Ads account I originally requested (with all the specific requirements fulfilled).
