Energy drinks are garbage we all know that.

And my wife keeps giving/offering me more and more....

I think she wants my insurance money......

But she does not know that, I am broke and never had an insurance....

But seriously, do you drink energy drinks? if so how many and if you stopped, how?!

I actually had to ween myself off energy drinks with fat amounts of coffee

I'd rather smoke cr*ck for a few weeks straight than get back into those chest stingers
probably safer, im about 4 days into cutting alcohol out of my daily intake. anything carbonated hurts

I agree that energy drinks are garbage but I have a habit of drinking redbull whenever I am driving for more than 100km.

Insurance is worse than drinking energy drinks. NFA DYOR. Change my mind. :)
Not always.

What I always think is, when people are suicidal, why don't they get a bunch of different life insurances and then off themselves in a way that looks like an accident but actually isn't...

They don't pay if this that is a straight-up suicide, but they do pay if it is an "accident".

How many gambling addicts have offed themselves (sometimes together with their families) because of the debt they have put themselves into? If you have to go, then go the Blackhat way and at least try to leave a fortune behind for your family. Worth a try regardless if you have already decided to "go".

PS: This post does not condone suicide, it is just food for thought as a weekend post.

I used to mess with energy drinks too. knew they were bad, but got hooked fast. realized I needed to stop, but still wanted something to sip on (I usually just drink water or fresh juice, no soda or coffee)

that's when I found Chinese tea. now I've got a whole set of different teas. can spend 40 minutes enjoying a teapot, and it's good for my gut health too. certain teas like pu-erh and green tea help promote beneficial gut bacteria, which can improve digestion and reduce inflammation

sure, premium tea costs more than a can of sugary vitamins, but it's worth it

so yeah, what I'm tryin' to say is — maybe try offering her some tea she might like it more than those nasty energy drinks

I do not drink energy drinks, neither coffee. I went carnivore 10 days ago, will give it a spin for at least 3 months but so far I really enjoy it.

So folks, stay healthy, stay water hydrated and stay away from all the processed foods as the food industry goal is profit, not your health.

yep more greens more nuts more fresh fish more beef — that’s enough to stay healthy

Not only trash, but very dangerous for your health.
I suggest you to offer your wife a bottle of red wine and some flowers. It will be much better after :smirk:

I stopped drinking last year. I used to be so hooked on Monster.

Some days I was taking two cans back to back.

I used to drink energy drinks occasionally, but I stopped by switching to coffee and getting better sleep.

Since there's not many sugar free sodas where I live, I started drinking some of the sugar free energy drinks to expand the flavors I have access to. Wouldn't you know, I have a histamine intolerance and energy drinks decrease an enzyme needed to process histamine. Back to basically only sugar free cola. o-O Though a monster on occasion seems to be OK as long as I don't haven't had any high histamine foods over the last few days.

Haha, sounds like a setup! I used to rely on energy drinks during late work nights but eventually quit by switching to black coffee and better sleep habits. Way better for focus and long-term health.
