Endless Surveys?

Hey guys, I really need your help...
I just set up a side and locked it with the contentlocker provided by adsend media and their CPA offers.
I wanted to test if I get money when somebody completes an offer, so I used a proxxy, went to my contentlocked side and tried to fill out a survey. (Which was listed as emailsubmit)
But after I entered my email, I was always taken to another kind of survey, asking me for my phone number, etc. The phonenumbersubmit page was skipable but then another "You won an iPad" page showed. (And the content of my page was not unlocked so far)
My question: How should I get leads, with endless surveys?

my tip is dont try to fill out your own survey.

If it's a good network with a good tracking platform (I tend to prefer proprietary, but if I must use a pre-designed system, I do stray from HasOffers unless it's a reputable network), then you should get credited after the initial e-mail submit. Granted, the offers do tend to never end and you'll probably make people mad and they won't return to the site, but that's why content locked sites thrive off of fresh traffic.
