eNdl not responding, delivering account or refunding money

On Oct 24th, I purchased a WISE account from @eNdl for $250 usdt trc20

He replied on Oct 26th that he'll send the account shortly. I waited and waited till Oct 31st which is more than his promised TAT.

Then I asked him to refund on Oct 31st and gave him a 48 hours notification, after which I'll open a Shit List thread.

Still no replies from him, so I gave another warning yesterday to open the thread tomorrow if no refund / reply.

Still no reply and here we are.

What I want is a full refund as I don't trust the seller's ability to provide a good account in time.

I was asking him questions regarding the VCCS of his accounts, but I got busy with other stuff as I waited for his gradual responses on telegram. That plus the hesitation due to the cost and any risk with the accounts.

Fast forward to literally just now and his original telegram dm AND his account are both gone when I decided to check back. In which afterwards I stumbled onto this thread.

Seems like I dodged a -$500 bullet
