Ending who is ending me - Help

Good morning my friends, I own a company that manufactures chairs for hairdressing salons, and I have always been enthusiastic about this digital world in general, such as automations, bots, blogging and the like, but I have never had the experience of starting my own project for issues related to short time in my day due to the company's demands, but after reading hundreds of posts here at BHW, I believe that I could digitally leverage my company (since 99.8% of sales are made through paid traffic on networks such as Meta/GoogleAds) in relation to to market competitors, but I'm a little lost as to what advantages I could delve into these topics that would make me come out ahead of other chair manufacturers hehe, I've always looked for morality but I see that other competitors run away from it and take advantage of any opportunity to pass another manufacturer behind , so through this post I come to find out about the most influential members, what I could do/study to boost my company digitally, don't take morality into consideration, I lost it over time living in this rotten jungle that is my niche of activity!

Depends totally on you, man. Start learning how to create a basic website if you're doing everything by yourself, or list your products on Amazon, etc. It gets deeper as you learn how things work online. That's all I can say

I have a marketing agency that does all the website, traffic and similar services, but I would like to have knowledge in subjects that my competitors do not have so that I can dominate the market, I believe that today with digital it would be quite possible


As for Amazon, the products are heavy and huge, very difficult to sell on a platform like this, but it's something I can think of, but I could be content with only serving within my country, since importing is currently out of my reach
