End of Britain?

Some smart people like you took the early-warning system in the head ("Save Yourself Before It's Late -- Too Late...") seriously and got moving -- in the right direction; others got themselves more deeper into the dense haze and mirages their governments always wanted them to be in... sadly.

The wake-up alarm is blowing out all eardrums and deep-frying all the brains for many years now, but we still keep believing those who are voted into power to protect us... Sad.

I feel for them.. I was there, i remember about 5-6 years ago, everyone was telling me that I must get a masters degree, or else I won't find a good job.. Finally I moved to the Far East where I incorporated a company in Hong Kong, I had to fill in about 2-3 pages of information, pay around 200-300 GBP and 2 weeks later I received my business licence. In France, opening a company takes minimum 6 months... and once you get it running, the government eats up all your profit as "tax".. yeah, way to recover from a global crisis. In Hong Kong I pay 0 tax since its a offshore company, not buying/selling anything from there. For me, this structural/bureaucratic problem in Europe is where the economy is sucking balls...

I live in Britain and things are pretty good. Sure I can show you some shitholes but every country no matter how rich has areas that have been left behind. Britain lacks the raw materials it used to have and in parts of the country the population is not being fully trained and utilised.

Britain has a wishy washy approach to the EU. The they are in but not in the Euro. They should be using this position to lower taxes and offer grants to relocating business. If you offer the terms you will get major US and Asian tech and manufacturing industry setting up in Britain as their base. Its sort of why London is a huge financial hub.

Which means absolutely nothing in the real world. Guess what were the ratings of those huge "too big to fail" US companies that ... failed in 2007.
 
So basically knock India and china, you get banned on BHW or thread deleted? Knock the EU and Europe nothing happens?

I dont get why people that claim to make money internationally actually care about the economy of the country they live in. For IM the areas with weaker local "official" economies tend to be better.
