Encryption project

Hi everyone,

I'm in need of a state of the art encryption program that has to be able to work on multiple different operating systems and high volume payment processing systems globally.

I would like to put a team together asap and find out if what I want is even possible.

All payments will be sent to the destination of your choosing. Via any method.

Money is no issue for this project, but time frame is.
