Encourage / Convince Visitors to place order in my WooCommerce Shop

My shop is selling something from one to 4 bucks, with visitors every day, but no orders. I am thinking add something to encourage them place the first order

Correct me if I am wrong / add your ideas, thank you.

1. Freebies - change the one bucks item to freebie, then I can have a email list for future promotion
2. Add message programs that customer can ask questions, BUT I can't online 24 hours, sounds a problem
3. I am using Paypal, should I apply a Strip ? looks Strip is popular than Paypal nowadays

I use low cost front ends upto about $10 as a tripwire offer to get people to signup.

If you cannot convert at $1-$4 you have a major problem. Basically people do not think your product is worth the money or they do not trust your site.

You need to sort that and until you do answers to your other two questions are not that important.
